The London Press Club has a new registered address.
Chair Doug Wills said: “I am pleased to be able to say that the media livery company – the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers – has agreed that the Press Club can use the Stationers’ Hall as our registered office address.
“This is at a prestigious time for the Stationers with a major building scheme currently underway bringing the historic hall and its facilities into the 21st Century.
“The Stationers’ Hall will be known to many Press Club members as it is where we have regularly held our annual awards as well as major debates. The Stationers and Newspaper Makers company has a proud history of publishing going back to 1403. We are delighted to be part of the modern story of the Stationers which is known for the way it has embraced and supported the changing world of print and digital media.”
The formal address will be:
London Press Club, c/o The Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers,
Stationers’ Hall, Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7DD
