It’s that time of year again!
Once more, we will be gathering in Ye Olde London pub on Ludgate Hill (EC4M 7DE) for The Long Lunch.
This opportunity to recreate the ‘Long Lunches’ of the old Fleet Street days will take place on Thursday, December 5 from 1pm to 5pm. Food will be served at 1.30pm and at 3pm and the bar will be free for beer, wine and soft drinks until 4pm (or until the kitty runs out!)
This will be the Club’s eighth annual Long Lunch – with one break due to the Covid closures – which was originally inspired by Fleet Street traditions and the departure of the last journalists from Fleet Street in 2016.
As always, tickets are limited and cost £35 for non-members (Press Club members have already received their invitation at a reduced rate).
