There are just a few days left for reservations to be made for the London Press Club Awards lunch.
The winners will be announced at the lunch of the coveted annual awards including the daily and weekend newspapers of the year, journalist and broadcaster of the year, and a new award of political journalist of the year. The winner of the Cudlipp Award for campaigning journalism will also be revealed at the lunch on Tuesday 17 October.
The keynote speaker at the awards will be the Shadow Secretary of State for DCMS Thangam Debbonaire MP.
As in previous years, there will be a champagne reception at 12.30 for 1pm start. The event being held at the historic Stationers’ Hall near St Paul’s Cathedral will finish before 3pm.
