This year\u2019s London Press Club Awards 2022 Lunch will take place on\u00a0Wednesday 26 October<\/strong>. The prestigious lunch event will be back at Stationers\u2019 Hall which has re-opened after a refurbishment of the complex.<\/p>\n

It has been an incredible year for brilliant journalism so the judging will be tough.<\/p>\n

Broadcaster and journalist Nick Ferrari<\/strong> will, as last year, chair the judging panel. Judging will take place at the beginning of September.<\/p>\n

It will be the same judging format and almost the same categories as last year. There is an additional category of Sports Journalist of the Year, and the Business Journalist of the Year award returns.<\/p>\n

As previously, there is no requirement for entries and judges are invited to put forward whoever they wish to be considered for each category. Editors are, however, invited to make submissions as this has been helpful to judges.<\/p>\n

Judging will take place early in September. Submissions need to be received by Tuesday 6 September, although earlier entries will be helpful and give the judges time to fully consider them.<\/strong><\/p>\n
