BBC news journalist and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kate Silverton will be compering the London Press Club Awards Lunch.
Kate – who has twice before been MC at the awards – said she was delighted to once again support the Press Club.

This year’s awards on Tuesday 30 April will be held as last year at the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers’ Hall near St Paul’s. It will begin with a champagne reception at 12.30pm.
As well as the prestigious Londoner of The Year Award, the awards will be for Daily Newspaper of the Year • Sunday Newspaper of the Year • Scoop of the Year• Print Journalist of the Year • Digital Journalist of the Year • Business Journalist of the Year • Broadcast Journalist of the Year • and the Edgar Wallace Trophy for writing or reporting of the highest quality.
