From 6th May onwards we will be meeting at the Harrow Pub, 22 Whitefriars Street, London, EC4Y 8JJ, we have a private bar with two rooms which is entered from Primrose Hill, but again upstairs. All members and members guests are welcome.

The London Press Club has been running the annual press ball for the past five years and so far has raised more than £200,000 for the Journalists Charity. The ball is a glittering upmarket event attended by chief executives, editors, journalists and television presenters and programme makers from the major national newspapers and TV companies.

Our second ‘Grill’ lunch has now been confirmed. We have former BBC reporter, anti sleaze Independent MP and writer, Martin Bell as our guest. David Selves will grill Martin with questions submitted by guests . As with all these events the lunch will be a mixed grill.

Former BBC journalist and independent MP, Martin Bell will be the second person to volunteer to be ‘grilled’ in front of an audience of London Press Club members.
The lunchtime event will take place in May or June this year. Details to follow once finalised.
