December 15: Journalists’ Charity carols

Luther Pendragon and St. Bride’s Church, Fleet Street warmly invite you to the annual Christmas Carols in aid of the Journalists’ Charity on December 15, at St Bride’s Church (Fleet Street, EC4Y 8AU). Doors open at 6pm for the 6.30pm service. All welcome, no pre-booking.

Guest readers include CNBC’s Helia Ebrahimi, BBC business editor Kamal Ahmed, Channel 4 economics editor Paul Mason, Isabel Hardman, James Ashton and Journalists’ Charity chair Laurie Upshon. Music comes from the St Bride’s choir, with wine and mince pies following the service.

All donations will go to the Journalists’ Charity, Britain’s oldest and largest charity for journalists in need, which helps journalists suffering ill-health, victims of accidents and those unable to work. They also provide retirement housing and sheltered housing for retired journalists and their dependants.
